These terms cover the AIOBA email service, the public prices, the founding offer, and the 5 minute reply guarantee.

Who we are

AIOBA is the business name of Samuel Carrillo, a sole owner in San Jose, California. You can reach AIOBA at [email protected].

California law applies to these terms. Email to [email protected] counts as written notice.

The service

We set up and run email help for your business. You approve each full message before it goes out from your own email.

We do not text your customers, and we do not answer phone calls for you.

Plans and prices

Core is $1,500 a month and Full is $2,500 a month. Each of those plans has a one-time $500 setup fee.

Core covers daily lead and email help for one mailbox. Full adds more email help, and Marketing stays on Full only.

Founding offer

The first 5 clients can get Core for $997 a month with no setup fee. They can move up to Full for $1,497 a month.

Your founding price never goes up, so it is $997 for Core, or $1,497 if you move up to Full, for as long as you stay.

A founding client agrees to share a short review of how the service works, and we use only real notes that you approve before we publish them.

How long it lasts

Every plan starts with 3 months, and after that it runs month to month. Either of us can end it with 30 days of written notice.

We bill each month in advance, and if a payment is more than 15 days late we may pause the service.

The guarantee

Every new lead gets a reply within 5 minutes, or your next month is free.

The first reply is a short welcome email that you approve once during setup, so it can go out on its own at any time of day. Your full answer still waits for your OK.

This covers new leads that come in by email or your website form, and if we miss that first reply your next month is free.

What you do

You connect the accounts the service needs, such as Gmail. You give us correct facts about your business.

You approve messages before they go out, and you are responsible for a message you approve.

What we do not promise

Apart from the 5 minute reply guarantee, we do not promise a set number of jobs or a set amount of revenue. The tool can make mistakes, so you approve each full answer.

If there is a claim, the most AIOBA pays is the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Neither side pays the other for lost profits.

Your data

You own your data and your accounts, we never sell your data or your customers' data, and the privacy page says how to ask for deletion.
